Having been in the wedding industry for seven years, we know what the best weddings consist of: details.
Photos are the only thing you will have left after your big day to remember it all. So the little details that may seem frustrating to plan? They are totally worth it.
Let’s look at Stetson + Channing’s wedding as an example.
Even in the backdrop of this photo, you can see that details matter. The ceremony arch wrapped in greenery contrasted with the blue tablecloth adds color, dynamic, and beauty–not only to the physical location, but also to the photo.
But the details go even deeper than that. We’re talking jewelry, dress, and makeup as well. When you get those photos back, even your shoes will make for gorgeous memories!
Another huge detail that can make or break your photos: your bouquet.
Your bouquet is truly what adds that “wedding day” vibe to all of your photos. Remember, sometimes less is more, especially in an elegant photo like this!
Flowers are also a very important feature during the reception, including the arrangements on the tables. Something fun about changing up your details in this department is that each table can share main commonalities, but have small, unique differences as well. Each of Channing’s table centerpieces had the title of a different love song, something I have never seen at a wedding yet!
But of course, what really made these centerpieces were the vases, candles, jars, and flowers. Her reception looked absolutely gorgeous with everything working together!
Even the cake needs that detailed attention, from the base of the first layer to your cake topper.
But when it’s all said and done, my favorite thing to pay attention to…
Is the love of the couple.
So I guess it’s not really all in the details… But let’s face it, the details make your wedding just that much more fun!
Congratulations to this wonderful couple–thank you for letting us share your gorgeous wedding day!
