It was a beautiful start to the month on November 1, 2014 as Melissa Burns walked down the aisle to become the new Mrs. Daniel Stavinoha in Houston, TX.
The couple exchanged their vows in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Crystal Springs with 125 guests serving as witnesses to their union. On behalf of all of our staff members here, we’d like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Stavinoha!
As far as autumn weddings go, this was among one of the most beautiful that we have ever seen. Melissa and Daniel did a wonderful job of highlighting the season throughout the entire wedding. For starters, each decorative floral, including the bouquets and boutonnieres, featured traditional fall colors such as shades of burnt orange, cream and prominent greens.
Additionally, the bridesmaids wore harvest-inspired maroon dresses to match the vests and ties of Daniel’s groomsmen. We have to say, our hearts completely melted when we saw the adorable ring bearer sporting a tiny orange bowtie!
As the newlyweds and their guests made their way to the reception hall, the autumn theme only continued. Each plate was adorned with a tiny pumpkin to match the much larger hollowed-out pumpkin centerpieces – which also doubled as vases. Such a unique idea!
Between all of this and the creative way of assigning guests to their tables by writing names in gold on an old window pane, we can’t decide what our favorite part of the Stavinoha wedding was! All we know is that we wish his couple nothing but the best in the future together.
